  • No. A formal diagnosis is not required. Many clients come to explore identity, neurodivergence, or life experiences without diagnostic labels. Sessions are shaped around your goals, needs, and what feels supportive to you.

  • It’s okay to be unsure. You’re welcome to ask questions, take your time, and explore whether this feels like a good fit. Care is never rushed.

  • Safety means being met with respect, transparency, and care. This includes clear boundaries, informed consent, cultural awareness, and collaboration throughout the work.
